Effective Ways To Planning A Good Plan.

...IN HUMAN THINKING - why? Major General Aguiyi Ironsi failed?
[PLAN B OF PLAN A.]
It is not good, in life to think about issues to be always successful. But it is good to think of plans to either succeed or fail. People always think of success, success, and little of failure. They forget to learn that: failure is another alternative to success. This means, without failure, there will be no success. Like using these statements as examples: without death, there will be no life! Without poor, there will be no riches! Without husband and wife, there would be no children!

...From the Christian perspective.
These issues of straight thinking are dominant amongst Christian. They say; "God said, "we shall not fail, but we shall only succeed!" Yes, God said so and we cannot doubt the almighty. A Christian student will say; " I must pass my test." and will never like to put it this way: "If I keep calm, take my time, concentrate and think ahead, then I"m likely to pass my test." A statement of this nature, will make your plan and you should also  know that, if you do not plan well, you're likely to fail. {Referring to the student].

These types of thinking which is observable mostly in christains, is because: "Their leaders always teach about success with little mention of failure." It is good to know that in nature, there is always a two way balance, which must be met to have a balance. So how? And what? Is the best way to Plan a big Plan A?
Plan A, mean the major Plan in a Plan sheet or schedules. When a Plan A, is made, one should always think about it in two ways. "What if this Plan fails?" and "What if this Plan succeeds?"

If our Plans are grouped into these categories, it will help determine our stands and also help determine the next step if in any of the two happens or occurs. In many Plan A's today, there is always a no Plan B or a little Plan B. This is because we have failed to learn the balance of nature.

Example: In the history of Nigeria, at the time of military ruler-ship. There was a Head Of State, Major General J. T. Aguiyi Ironsi, who was brought into power through a military coup d'etat. When everything was set and he became the Military head of state, he surrounded himself with people from other tribes which is not of his own tribes. As he was trying to show that he was not running a one tribe government.

This is a Plan and a good one and it is a Plan A. But this Plan A, sealed his death because there was no Plan B.

If you know that you are a good man, don't waste your time proving it.

In the case of General Aguiyi Ironsi, his Plan B would have been: "What if these people betrays me, what will happen, which people will I call upon and how do I follow up?" These kind of thought would have made him to add at least some of his tribal men as an assistance to those of the other tribes, who are the main generals or alternatively, he would have constituted a spy on the activities of the peoples he surrounded himself with or even disarming them to a certain level like communication wise. - Major General Aguiyi Ironsi, was killed because he had a Plan A and has no Plan B.

In that your Plan A, have you included a Plan B? Now is the time...
